Cancellation Policy

Full refund 1 days prior to your experience for day tour and multi day tour

  • Must be made 1 full day prior to 12:00 AM local time the day your experience is scheduled. For example, if your experience is scheduled for May 21st at 9 AM, cancel by May 19th 12:00 AM in the experience’s timezone for a full refund.
  • If you cancel less than 1 day in advance, the experience is non-refundable.

 

Full refund 14 days prior to your experience for multi day fullboard tour package

  • Must be made 14 full days prior to 12:00 AM local time the day your experience is scheduled. For example, if your experience is scheduled for May 21st at 9 AM, cancel by May 7th 12:00 AM in the experience’s timezone for a full refund.
  • If you cancel less than 14 days in advance, the experience is non-refundable.

 

Extraordinary cancellation

The Supplier can cancel the activity on the agreed date without observing a period of notice, if weather conditions, official measures, strikes or other unforeseeable or unavoidable external conditions (in particular force majeure) make the execution of the activity impossible, make it considerably more difficult or endanger it. In this case the paid price is refunded.

 

The refund policy

The refund is done using the same payment method. In the event of credit cards which are charged monthly, the amount shall be credited at the end of the current invoicing period. The exact time of the refund depends on the user’s credit card agreement. The refund by bank transfer shall be done within seven bank working days.
